To support this growth, we're looking for an experienced safety professional to join our team as an Account Manager and deliver the highest quality of service and strategic guidance to our growing client base.
Your mission:
As an Account Manager at Highwire, you'll be at the forefront of transforming how our clients utilize our platform. Your role is crucial in guiding them to adopt EHS best practices, providing exceptional product training, and turning them into passionate advocates for Highwire.
What you'll do:
- Reinforce EHS best practices.Leverage your expertise from working in the industry to advise clients on safety measures that significantly impact their operations. Your guidance will help every client become a true Highwire champion.
- Conduct in-depth product training. As new clients come on board, you will expertly configure their accounts and deliver ongoing product training to guarantee an effortless and delightful experience with the Highwire platform.
- Develop and improve processes. Successful clients integrate Highwire deeply into their operations. You'll examine their existing processes, document them meticulously, design new workflows, and help them adopt these across safety, compliance, and procurement departments.
- Develop strategic account plans. Collaborate with Account Executives and executive leaders to support clients' growth by driving essential initiatives like enrollment mandates, executive interactions, and expanding account opportunities.

- A Safety Expert: With experience as a site safety manager on large capital projects, you know EHS best practices inside and out.
- Curious: You're eager to learn about new technologies, product features, and client businesses. You ask insightful questions to uncover client goals and needs.
- Proactive: You have a knack for getting things done. You respond quickly to client requests and proactively solve problems or improve processes without being asked.
- Consultative: You view yourself as a trusted advisor, not an order taker. You provide customized, strategic advice that drives your clients' success.
- Detailed & Organized: Your ability to multi-task and execute flawlessly is crucial in this role. You create structured workflows to manage an ever-changing list of priorities.

The compensation for this role is comprised of a base salary and an annual performance bonus. The total On-Target Earnings (OTE) range is provided below. However, where you land within this range will be determined by several factors, such as your skills, experience, and impact.
