About This Opportunity:

We’re searching for an Intern to join our team. Don’t miss this opportunity to support our relationships with decision-makers at some of the top brands in the world. In this role, you will support our team of Partner Account Managers (PAMs), marketing managers, and analyst. You will see how gift card products move within retail and digital environments including revenue maximization, inventory positioning, forecasting, and program development and implementation. You will possess a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to roll up your sleeves to do the hard work. In doing so, you will cultivate relationships with our team members and establish strong working relationships with key internal teams.

 You need to have strong Excel skills and an analytical background.

• Gain knowledge of relationship management processes and principles
• Build strong data and technical skills, including Microsoft Office products, with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
• Prepare forecasting and quantitative analysis in support of partner and customer initiatives
• Support data analysis for partner business reviews and inventory reviews
• Ability to analyze sales reports and identify trends
• Complete partner mapping for expansion and new customer launches
• Collaborate with PAMs to track promotions and other partner activities
• Provide standard (monthly/weekly) reports and Ad Hoc analysis
• Database management, including cube, image library, Dynamics
• Support team with customer service inquiries
• Other tasks as assigned

• Students entering their Junior year through graduate school are eligible - 2026 graduation year.
• Students must be local to Atlanta, Georgia.
• Data Science master’s programs students are also recommended to apply
• Student works a minimum of 20 hours per week year-round, 2.75 GPA and above
• Students currently enrolled to a local Atlanta, St. Petersburg or Tampa University are eligable 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of relationship management skills and analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI
• Comfortable learning new technology/product lines in a highly innovative environment
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
