Account Management at Manpower

Our client, a leader in entertainment, is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. As an Account Manager, you will be part of the Integrated Marketing Communication department. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a growth mindset, and a relentless curiosity which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Account Manager

Location: El Segundo, CA

Pay Range: $2400.00 - $2600.00 per week

What's the Job?

• Support the Account lead in driving end-to-end strategic and project support across all integrated marketing communications.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and global adherence to Brand Foundation and Brand Identities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute communications plans that meet business and brand goals.
• Lead the development of brand tentpoles, including cross-category promotions and activations.
• Monitor and analyze competitive marketing communications and share insights with the team.

What's Needed?

• 7+ years in marketing, advertising, operations, or program management leading cross-functional teams.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Highly analytical and creative mind with the ability to distill complex concepts into succinct solutions.
• Strong understanding of the industry, category, and media landscape.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deliverables and stakeholders.
