Job Overview:
Sail Internet is looking for an Account Executive to work with our wholesale and managed service providers to spearhead our growth in the MSP, MNSP, and Wholesale markets. This role will focus on managing, developing, and expanding partnerships within these segments, contributing directly to Sail Internet’s market and revenue growth through strategic relationship management and business development.
The Account Executive will also be responsible for actively managing the funnel and closing these Wholesale and MSP leads to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by selling our Fixed Wireless and Managed Wi-Fi solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring proven Channel and/or Partner experience, relationships with MSP/MNSP and Wholesale organizations as well as a strong background in internet sales, with a focus on the SMB and Mid-Market sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and enhance strong relationships with MSP, MNSP, and Wholesale partners to drive revenue growth and maximize Partner satisfaction.
- Channel Development: Identify new opportunities within the MSP, MNSP, and Wholesale markets to expand Sail Internet's reach and establish us as a preferred partner for high-speed internet.
- Revenue & Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue through existing and new partnerships, aligning with Sail's overall sales goals and expansion plans.
- Market Expansion: Work with internal teams to support product offerings and tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of MSP, MNSP, and Wholesale partners.
- Sales Enablement: Provide partners with the resources, training, and support they need to effectively position and sell Sail Internet’s services.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze partner performance, generate insights, and provide recommendations to optimize channel effectiveness and growth.
- Product Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on Sail Internet’s fixed wireless solutions, helping partners understand and communicate the advantages to their end customers.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in channel sales or account management, preferably in telecommunications or internet services with a focus on MSP, MNSP, or wholesale partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing partner relationships and achieving targets.
- Strong understanding of the MSP and wholesale markets, ideally within the Greater Bay Area.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple high-level relationships.
- Fixed Wireless and/or Managed Wi-Fi experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field is desirable.
