SUMMARY
The Account Executive at our company is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, as well as managing and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on selling our advanced solutions to assisted living communities. The Account Executive will collaborate closely with potential and current clients to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions that optimize their nurse call systems and care team communications.
This hybrid position requires the candidate to work three days in-office and two days remotely, with more in-office time expected initially for training and onboarding. The role is based in the Twin Cities area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Leverage existing company relationships and technology to Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in senior living (associated living organizations).
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline of decision-makers and ensure that potential customers move through the sales process effectively.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including directors, administrators, vice presidents, and other key decision-makers.
- Present our solutions in a compelling way, demonstrating their value in improving operational efficiency and resident care.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects align with expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ offerings to effectively position our solutions.
- Document all client interactions and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system, ensuring data is current and adheres to company policies.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to our overall growth.
- Up to 20% travel to attend industry conferences and trade shows related to assisted living.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors.
-Having existing high-level relationships in the business category of assisted living facilities a major plus.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of the challenges faced by assisted living communities, especially in the realm of communication.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively convey value.
- Highly organized, with exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals and support business growth.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, with flexibility to spend additional time in-office as needed during onboarding.
PERFORMANCE METRICS
- Achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets.
-Meet and exceed weekly targets of sales activity, such as number of meetings scheduled and number of completed tasks.
- Client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Number of new clients secured and revenue generated from new business.
- Quality, volume and timeliness of CRM data entry.
