Account Executive
Rob Levine Legal Solutions, a division of Rob Levine Law, helps personal injury law firms grow and improve their bottom lines. We assist law firms through 3 different solutions: medical record retrieval, remote training & staffing, and legal mastermind & consulting services. In 2025 we’re launching our own marketing agency & 3D billboard SaaS platform.
We are currently seeking driven Account Executives to spearhead initiatives, foster customer relationships and close new deals. This is a FULLY REMOTE position based on engaging law firms by phone, in person, and via Zoom, with travel of 10-15 legal events yearly.
The Account Executive will become a subject matter expert in all areas of our company capable of initial conversations, Zoom demos, and closing deals. You will be responsible for driving sales performance while offering strategic account management support. Earn well over $100K at quota.
What you will do:
Cultivate strong customer relationships with personal injury law firms by understanding their needs
This role performs a minimum of 75 tasks per day, (40 phone calls)
Hunter mentality and high call volume to close new accounts/cross sell into established accounts
Contact and close both warm and cold leads
Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback and adapt to changing market dynamics
Communicate sales pipeline activities promptly and accurately to management
Attend and deliver presentations at legal events as required with 10-15 trade shows per year (10-20% travel)
Complete administrative tasks in HubSpot CRM accurately and on time
Adapt to a fast-paced environment with agility and resilience
What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred
Experienced – You've performed well over the phone, email, and virtual demos
Face to Face – You like delivering presentations at tradeshows/conferences
Drive – You're hungry to grow beyond this role and willing to put in the work to be successful; someone who is extroverted, organized, and can manage their time well
Coachable – Despite your previous successes, you’re open to new processes
Focus – We are about achieving our goals and you are too; you have a history of crushing quota!
Competitive – Does whatever it takes attitude; has a natural desire to win
“Can Do” Attitude – You overcome client objections and don’t stop at the first “No”
Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience
Ability to strategize and collaborate effectively across teams
Excellent interpersonal, multi-tasking, and presentation skills
Microsoft Office 365 or Google Suite
Strong CRM experience - HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.

Base salary $65K uncapped commissions with an expected annual OTE of $95K to $130K. Our veteran AE earned $120K last year.
