Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline focusing on printing, promotional products, and custom apparel.
• Actively pursue and follow up on leads, including cold calls, referrals, and inquiries.
• Present Print NW's comprehensive range of products and services to potential clients professionally and engagingly.
• Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction, and driving long-term retention.
• Consistently meet and exceed established sales goals and performance targets.
• Understand client needs, budgets, and decision-making processes to tailor your sales approach.
• Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align customer support and promotional strategies.
• Stay ahead of market treads, competitors, and emerging opportunities within the industry.
• Attend industry-related events, training, and sales meetings to develop your skills and network further.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

License:

• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

Related Experience:

• Experience in sales, with a preference for candidates who have worked in the promotional products or custom apparel industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Required Competencies:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage decision-makers at all levels.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
