As we continue to grow as a company, we are actively searching for customer-focused individuals to bring on to our team and grow our sales force in the golf industry.
As an Account Executive, Corporate Sales representing, Fairway & Greene, Zero Restriction, B. Draddy, EP NY this person will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Corporate Sales business unit, developing customer relationships and a team, and contribute to all aspects of the corporate sales process.
Reports to: SVP of Sales, co-Head of the Americas
Territory: Corporate Sales Division
Based in: Preferably New York Metro based
Role Requirements:
- Work closely with SVP of Sales taking direction and instructions on tasks related to SGB Corporate Sales
- Collaborate with SVP of Sales on strategic decisions and implementation of directives to further growth of SGB Corporate Sales Division
- Create systems, structure, and procedures to improve the SGB Corporate Sales process
- Develop, manage, and cultivate relationships with SGB corporate distributor partners
- Design, update, and manage the SGB Corporate Catalog and other sales materials needed for division sales process
- Vet, develop, delegate, and execute on all inbound Corporate Sales Leads
- Comfort with being managed to a sales goal and budget, enthusiasm for performance-based compensation plan
- Provide feedback and input on design and inventory decisions to support corporate sales growth
- Oversee functionality and presentation of the SGB Corporate Website
- Coach, train, and motivate direct reports on SGB Corporate Sales Team
- Serve as main point of contact to high priority SGB Corporate partners
- Build, grow, and continuously improve the SGB Corporate Sales Division
- Own sales efforts related to accounts managed by Head of Corporate Sales and other direct reports. Including but not limited to preparing and organizing decks, client appointment preparation, promotional projects, order entry, and creation of marketing materials.
- Execute daily tasks to support corporate sales and corporate sales team
- Host client meetings in NYC Showroom and at client offices with thorough and detailed follow-up and execution of their needs.
- Start and finish marketing projects that create brand awareness and drive sales for the division.
- Oversite and management of corporate sample line / presentation area in NYC Global HQ Showroom. Grow book of business with current customer base
- Seek new opportunities with new account opportunities
- Demonstrates fiscal responsibility. Can manage T&E, promo budgets, etc.

- Learn distinguishing characteristics of all products within each brand.
- Learn and develop sales techniques with the purpose of cultivating a well-rounded sales career within SGB.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 2+- years professional experience in sales. Experience working in apparel, golf, or ASI/Promotional industry roles a plus.
- Affinity for the Summit Golf Brands suite of brands.
- Passionate about forging connections with customers.
- Persistent in the face of new challenges.
- Willing to be challenged and coached.
- Ability to travel ~40% of the time.
- Interest and passion for golf industry.
- Computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Power Point, Tableau and RepSpark.
- Experience with online Google products (Forms and Docs)
- Ability to represent SGB in a professional manner.
- Compensation: Salary based on experience with bonus incentives and commission based on sales performance
