Position Overview:
We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Account Coordinator. This role requires time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. In this role, you will be expected to manage multiple HR processes with the focus on problem diagnosis, resolution and compliance. This role will also be responsible for cultivating relationships with key contacts at the client site to ensure exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities of the Account Coordinator:
- Develop strong, cross-functional Atrium and client relationships; maintain communication with managers and associates
- Partner with managers to review, prioritize expectations; gather all engagement details
- Execute daily follow-ups to clients
- Enter/update associate information into Atriums HRIS and timekeeping systems
- Create Excel and/or Google spreadsheets to organize and track data
- Issue weekly payroll audits and make payroll adjustments
- Adhere to state-specific payroll laws and I-9 classifications that impact the payroll process and remain up-to-date with changes to HR and payroll compliance through satisfying learning and development assignments as issued
- Interface closely with Atrium payroll department to ensure all jobs are coded correctly and hours are paid/billed correctly
- Proactively diagnose/resolve escalated client concerns in a timely manner, together with leadership as needed
- Assist with ad hoc projects, as needed
- Model the highest levels of professionalism and deliver ‘white glove’ service to support client and candidates
- Promote program adoption, compliance, communications, onboarding, and other operations
- Respond to manager and associate inquiries in an efficient and timely manner
- Attend regular status meetings with both internal Atrium team and client to drive program goals and requirements
- Other Projects or tasks as directed by your manager
- Role consists of 100% account administration
Qualifications for the Account Coordinator:
- Experience: 1+ years of work experience
- Communication: an effectively liaison with managers and associates

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required
