Join Our Team: 1:1 Account Based Marketing Specialist

In this position, you'll collaborate closely with our Global Account Sales leaders to conceive, develop, and execute programs aimed at expanding our footprint within our most critical accounts. Through tailored campaigns and compelling content, you'll deepen connections, fuel pipeline growth, and transform these accounts into enthusiastic brand advocates.
Responsibilities:
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the unique needs, obstacles, and purchasing journey of targeted accounts in the 1:1 ABM program.
Create personalized content experiences and initiatives that resonate with key decision-makers within the accounts.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data insights to refine strategies and showcase the ROI of your endeavors.
Foster strong alignment with the sales team to ensure shared goals and programs, equipping them with valuable insights and marketing support to achieve account objectives and close deals.
Cultivate collaborative relationships with regional field marketing and product marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless ABM execution.
Maintain a continuous learning mindset, staying abreast of the latest ABM trends and technologies to enhance our approach and maximize program impact continually.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in SaaS enterprise technology marketing, with a focus on ABM.
Preferred Requirements:
Demonstrated success in executing 1:1 ABM campaigns for global accounts.
Proficiency in leveraging marketing technology tools such as Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce, AEM, and data analytics platforms.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, particularly with sales, marketing, and customer success.
Profound understanding of customer personas and adeptness in tailoring messaging accordingly.
Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed marketing decisions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, coupled with a proactive attitude to drive initiatives across teams and regions.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: DOE, with an annual range of $158K - $200K, in addition to comprehensive benefits including Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, and 401k, PTO.
