The Health & Benefits division offers a wide range of solutions for creating and administering healthy and competitive health and benefits programs.
Introduction of insurance (life and non-life) related to employee benefit plans that contributes to survey data and resolution of issues faced by clients.
POSITION: Administrative Assistant
Providing:
• Support for complicated insurance administration and support for operation and administration of insurance for employees' voluntary selection system
• Advisory services for employee benefits Establishment and review of employee health and welfare programs and working conditions, and communication support
The Role
• The Health & Benefits Account Assistant is expected to be ambitious and willing to take on new challenges in order to improve client satisfaction.
• The Account Assistant is responsible for providing accurate, courteous, and prompt customer service and support to the Account Manager (Sales).
Main Responsibilities
- Insurance administration (documentation and document management) procedures for the introduction of group insurance
- Respond to inquiries from clients and insurance companies (in Japanese and English)
- Respond to inquiries from employees of voluntary organizations
- Process transfers (joining and withdrawing) of existing group insurance policies during the term
- Reporting to insurance companies in the event of insurance accidents
- Input into internal systems for sales progress management, policy management, etc.
- Preparation of various reports
- Coordination with various departments within the company
In addition to the above, depending on your ability, you may also be required to prepare documents in English, coordinate with overseas offices, and perform corresponding work related to global program operations, Japanese-English translation work, team meetings, and taking minutes of meetings.
