Role Overview:
As a Real Estate Agent Partner, you will harness the power of PLACE's advanced lead generation systems, offer professional guidance to both buyers and sellers, skillfully manage negotiations, host open houses, and streamline your activities using PLACE technology. Your responsibilities will also encompass participating in weekly team meetings, script practice sessions, and coaching to maximize your professional growth.
Location and Requirements:
This position is located in Richardson, TX, and requires a Texas Real Estate Salesperson License. We seek a driven sales professional who excels in a competitive setting, boasts exceptional communication skills, and is dedicated to providing superior client service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales, demonstrate strong teamwork skills, and possess outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
At The Bryan Davis Group, potential earnings range from $100,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
- Work with a sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Execute business-building activities a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
- Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
Texas Real Estate Salesperson Licensed Professional

- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and wants and match them to homes
