AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Initiate communication with consumers and provide service before, during, and after the sales process
- Provide solutions to customer inquiries by offering details regarding client products and services
- Following up on customer inquiries and complaints that have not been resolved
- Communicating effectively to members to ensure members understand expectations of their concerns
- Performing research on billing inquiries and claims to provide service
- Acting as a liaison between the members and various departments to address concerns.
- Additional duties as assigned
What We Look For in an AT&T Customer Service Representative:
- High School Diploma or equivalency required
- Bachelors or higher education degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field is encouraged
- Knowledge of customer service, retail, sales, marketing, business, or management
- Appetite for problem-solving and assisting others
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Desire to advance past an entry-level position and take initiative in office tasks
- Ability to learn new business strategies to implement during consumer engagement
