Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruitment program for international students, recruit international students and partners, as well as provide support and activities to increase student success. Schedule and conduct new student orientations. Manage and utilize the web and social media platforms for recruitment. Manage and maintain inquiry processing system through CRM (Radius). Respond to inquiries from prospective students, outside agencies, and general public. Develop and distribute information and marketing materials to overseas partner institutions, counselors, community-based organizations, recruiting agencies, funding agencies, and business and industry. Ensure areas of responsibility operate within the policies and procedures of the college and applicable governing agencies, recommend policies and procedures related to college assessment and student services, and promote cultural diversity on campus. Represent LWTech at local and international recruitment functions. Position may include additional duties that utilize the required skills.
Required Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s or higher degree in Education, Human Resources, or a closely related field. Must have at least three months of experience as a Human Resources Specialist, International Advisor, Assistant in workforce instruction, Academic Program Intern, or related position, including experience in:
• Provide academic program human resources management and administrative support to education institutions, including partnerships between education institutions;
• Analyze application and recruitment data information, prepare relevant reports, and provide analysis to stakeholders;
• Create student manual laying out student policies including academic policies, campus resources, and program information;
• Provide weekly trainings, presentations, and other informative events for students on campus and online to increase student success; and
• Completion of coursework in Basic Educational Statistics; Human Learning and Educational Practice; Race, Equity, and Leading Educational Change; and Current Issues in Graduate Education; or related coursework.
Telecommuting permitted up to 100%, position must reside within normal commuting distances to the LWTech’s office in Kirkland, Washington. Incidental Travel of less than 10%. Per OOH Education Administrators, Postsecondary travel as part of the usual requirements for the position. Per OOH: They often are assigned a region of the country to which they travel and speak to high school counselors and students.

Employees have the option to enroll in Dependent Care Assistance Plan (DCAP) which redirects a portion of the salary on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified day care costs for dependents. Employees are also covered by basic life and long-term disability insurance, with the option to purchase additional coverage amounts. State Employees have the option to participate in either the State Board Retirement Plan (TIAA) or the Public Employee’s Retirement System (PERS Plan 3) with varying vesting time and contribution rate depending on the plan. 13 Paid holidays and 25 vacation day accrual per calendar year, with 4 additional personal days. Full-time employees earn eight hours of sick leave per month. Most employees whose family member or household member dies, are entitled to five (5) days of paid bereavement leave. Wage Range: $79,248.00 - $79,248.00/Year
