Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring that all invoices are generated, tracked, and payments are received in a timely manner.
• Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for accounts receivable, including customer invoices, credit memos, and payments received.
• Invoice Processing: Assist with the generation and distribution of invoices to clients, ensuring that all invoices are consistent with contract terms and company policies.
• Collections Support: Follow up on overdue accounts and assist with collection efforts, while maintaining positive client relationships.
• Reporting: Prepare regular AR aging reports and assist in the reconciliation of accounts to ensure proper balances are maintained.
• Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to resolve any billing or payment issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
