As an APP at Duly, you will get the opportunity to:

• Practice at the top of your license and form trusting relationships working under the direct supervision of your collaborating physician, Dr. Morgan S. Tarbutton, DO - Downers Grove Primary Care | Duly Health and Care,
• Gain increased autonomy and independence in decision making with support from Dr. Tarbutton.
• Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions.
• Develop a 1:1 relationship and partnership with Dr. Tarbutton clinical staff members, and management. 
• Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding
• Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.

• Graduation from an approved school for Nurse Practitioners OR Physician Assistant-Masters Degree.
• Licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Illinois
• Previous Experience (1+ years) in Internal Medicine or similar setting.
