AP Specialist - Ledgent Finance & Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately review and enter invoice data into the accounting system

- Process batch imports for AP entries efficiently

- Research and resolve vendor discrepancies promptly

- Communicate proactively with internal and external partners to track down missing invoices

- Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients

- Prepare operational and ad-hoc reports as needed

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in AP

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills

- A team-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

- Experience with accounting software

- A degree in accounting or a related field is a plus
