Key Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor management and payments
• Manage payroll processing through QuickBooks, ensuring timely and accurate payments
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing
• Maintain accurate employee and vendor records
• Ensure compliance company policies

Requirements

• 2+ years of payroll and accounts payable experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
