AP Clerk- Interview & Start Next Week!
About the Company and Opportunity:
- Our client in a property management company in the Silver Spring, MD area.
- Due to growth, they are looking to hire a self-motivated AP Clerk.
- This position is temporary and can go permanent for the right candidate!
- Schedule is M-F, in-office, 40/hr week.
- Pay Rate: $24-26 per hour.
- Position is 100% in office and is metro accessible.

Overview of the AP Clerk role:
- AP - processing invoices and paying bills via online payments and checks.
- Deposit checks and cash received though remote deposit or at the bank.
- Record billing and credit card deposits in AP software.
- Reconcile Merchant Bank Account monthly for Controller review.
- Process and send invoices and follow up on payment.
- Run budget reports for distribution to budget managers monthly and as requested.
- Act as the first point of contact in the business office.
- Administrative duties.
- Ad hoc projects.
Preferred Qualifications for the AP Clerk:
- 2-3 years experience in AP
- Experience with RealPage is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
