Growing and dynamic team is looking for a solutions oriented AP accountant who enjoys process improvement streamlining.? Ideal candidates will have experience within a large/dynamic AP team and? a positive mentorship style.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the completion manual invoicing, managing any escalations
Work with team, Accounting management to ensure accuracy of billing, collections and accounts payable
Assist with the implementation, process improvement measures for concurrent projects in order to streamline the department
Ensure that KPIs are implemented effectively and met consistenly
Identify areas for streamlining processes and developing enhanced analytics
Utilize multiple systems and Microsoft Office
Manage concurrent projects including goals and timelines
Display positive and mentoring attitude
Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of A/P experience,
Major ERP understanding, advanced Excel
Thorough understanding of A/P
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully
Team player who works well in a changing environment
