About the Job
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to work a full-time schedule of 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Prepare items on prep sheets.
- Store, label, and date items as needed.
- Maintain clean and organized work area.
- Effectively communicate with co-workers verbally and in writing in English.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Competitive pay based on experience.
Knowledge, Experience, and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in high volume scratch cooking.
- Please note, prior experience is mandatory as this position requires standing for long periods of time and may involve lifting 20-50 pounds and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment
