ADON/MDS Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Oversee the MDS process, ensuring accurate and timely assessments.
• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) with planning, organizing, and directing nursing services.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans.
• Monitor quality assurance programs to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff.

ADON/MDS Coordinator Qualifications: 

• A current and valid LPN or RN license in Ohio.

• Experience with MDS 3.0 assessments or prior ADON experience required.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
