Administrative Assistant Mission:
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company's general administrative activities.
In the role you will be:
Handle inbound phone calls, ensuring effective communication and connecting callers with the appropriate NBC team members. Manage correspondence by writing and distributing emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms. Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports and maintain office documentation, including contractor and vendor contacts, lease agreements, and service reports. Oversee office supply orders, research new deals and suppliers, and perform data entry tasks for daily, weekly, and monthly expenses. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, ensuring smooth and professional interactions.

Experience required:
Possessing a working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers, and advanced computer skills, I am proficient in MS Office, with particular expertise in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. I demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excel in both written and verbal communication, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all tasks.
