We are seeking a Behavior Interventionist to join our growing team, providing direct behavior therapy services to individuals with autism as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. This role offers an exciting opportunity in a pioneering healthcare company dedicated to life-changing care for children with neurodevelopmental differences.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement behavior-analytic services in 1:1 and group settings.

Utilize positive behavior strategies developed with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Document strategies and goals, and assist with individualized assessments.

Work in various settings, including home and community.

Follow crisis and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

Experience with children, preferably those with autism.

Bachelor's degree in a human service field preferred; relevant experience considered.

Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

We offer competitive compensation and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and tuition reimbursement. The pay range for this position is $20.87 to $28.00, based on experience and qualifications.
