988 Quality Improvement Coordinator (Full Time)
Position Summary
The Quality Improvement Coordinator serves as a key administrative support to RI’s 988 crisis call center, assisting in the review of program metrics, outcome measures, and qualitative data for the purpose of program evaluation and continued quality improvement. They are responsible for the analysis of program outputs that are directly tied to 988 services and outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with program administrators and supervisors to assist in continued quality improvement (QI) processes.
- Support and strengthen 988 program services through the development of QI reports and data-driven improvement plans alongside the 988 leadership team.
- Assist in the presentation of 988 reports that highlight progress made towards meeting identified KPI standards.
- Enhance individual and group supervision of 988 Crisis Counselors and Supervisors through the utilization of quantitative and qualitative data analytics.
- Coordinate with other CQI agency administrators, as needed, for the purpose of reporting on standards established by licensing and accrediting bodies.
- Provide support to data management team in developing mechanisms of data collection and reporting.
- Utilize a number of platforms and technologies for the purpose of analyzing and disseminating performance-based metrics.
- Develop and implement QI policies and procedures.
- Establish and maintain processes for analysis of call recording.
- Review complaints, inquiries, and incident reports as needed.
- Support program leadership through an ongoing assessment of needs and gaps in service.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in healthcare or related field required.
- 3-5 years' experience in quality outcomes, data analysis, and program evaluation required.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, Power BI and/or other reporting analytics platforms.
