**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Kentucky. The CNA will provide direct care to patients, assisting them with daily tasks and ensuring their comfort and safety.

**Qualifications:**
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Kentucky.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient with a strong desire to help others.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and feeding.
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Supporting medical staff with procedures as needed.
- Ensuring patient rooms are clean and organized.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Following care plans and protocols accurately.
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand and move for long periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Up-to-date immunizations and health screenings.
