Job Summary:
Coordinates clinical and administrative elements of telecounseling services, provides clinical supervision to telecounseling staff, audits patient records, and assists with training for telecounselors and telecounseling centers/liaisons where needed.
Essential Functions:
➢ Ensure compliance with all Local, State, Federal, and Colonial Management Group, LP rules, and
regulations and to do so within the allocated budget for the program.
➢ Keep Colonial Management Group, LP informed, through direct supervisor , Program Director or
Regional Director , of any significant treatment events which occur and make prudent
recommendations to address the same.
➢ Monitors T elecounselors in the performance of their duties and responsibilities.
➢ Conducts weekly administrative and clinical supervision with telecounseling staff both group and
individual based on Colonial Management Group, LP' s policies, and procedures.
➢ Completes quality record reviews for telecounseling charts for each clinic receiving telecounseling services.
➢ Where necessary , provide feedback to the supervisor to address any individual staff member ' s
work performance issues.
➢ Supports the implementation and utilization of telecounseling services in active service centers.
➢ Ensures proper training and development of telecounseling staff.
➢ Guides, coaches and disciplines all telecounseling staff according to Colonial Management
Group, LP standards.
➢ Establishes and maintains positive working relationships with Program Directors, Regional
Directors, Regional V ice Presidents, and corporate staff
➢ Participates in all telecounseling program meetings; may conduct staff meetings where necessary .
➢ Conducts telecounselor and telecounseling clinic/liaison training, as needed.
➢ Reports patient abuse, neglect, and exploitation as required.
➢ Ensures the reading and understanding of the Policy and Procedures Manuals and compliance
with 42 CFR Part 2 (Federal Confidentiality Regulations) and 45 CFR, Parts 160 & 164 (HIP AA)
➢ Responsible for obtaining or maintaining proper licensure and/or certification according to
specific state requirements.
➢ Identifies any telecounseling needs and works to address those needs.
➢ Always acts in the best interests of the program and company; honors, supports, and protects the proprietary data and rights of the company .
➢ Performs other tasks as assigned by program or corporate leadership.

Essential Qualifications:

Education/Licensure/Certification: Qualified candidates will have a Master's degree in a Human Services related field and be independently licensed in counseling (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent) for a minimum of 5 years and be a state Qualified Supervisor at the time of hire. Must have the ability to obtain counseling licenses and supervisory designation in other states that require 5+ years of licensed experience.
Required Knowledge: Knowledge of Methadone, general counseling practices, Federal Confidentiality Law, HIPAA & ethics. Must be computer literate and have basic knowledge of all Microsoft products. Experience Required: Five (5) years licensed counseling experience required (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, or equivalent). Knowledge and experience in substance abuse and/or telecounseling is preferred.
Skill and Ability: Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to multitask, prioritize, must be dependable and reliable.

This position is fully remote. In the remote telecommuting environment, the employee must have:
➢ Ability to operate in a private workspace with a door that closes and locks.
➢ Ability to secure all work in a locking drawer or cabinet.
Master's in Human Service related Field with FL license ie LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC.
