Full Range: $17.36 - $23.44 Per Hour

Are you passionate about helping families connect with available services? The Pima County Health Department is seeking a people person to connect with pregnant and parenting families to home visiting programs for in-home education. This grant-funded position is a short-term temporary position that will end on December 31, 2024. As a Public Health Navigator, you will attend different community events to promote home visiting services in the county. In addition, you will work with other community agencies to promote and recruit families. This position will also manage data by tracking in-coming referrals and their outcomes.
