Pima County’s Department of Finance and Risk Management is looking for a skilled and motivated professional leader to join its Financial Transactions Division. The successful candidate will work as the supervisor of a dedicated team of professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and training in their career development. The division is responsible for delivering functional administrative support for Pima County’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, including the Financial, Budgeting, and Work Management systems. Primary tasks include maintaining the reliability of the ERP systems and providing support to all County users. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, emphasizing accuracy and attention to detail. What you’ll do:
- Supervise a team of 4-6 functional system administrators responsible for supporting the County’s ERP systems.
- Assist with maintaining user security access, system configuration changes, system data reconciliations and balancing, and extracting system data using SQL queries.
- Work closely with IT business analysts and department personnel to troubleshoot ERP system-related issues.
- Work closely with IT business analysts and department personnel on enhancing functionality in the existing ERP systems and deploying new ERP systems.
