Job Summary:

The 4-H Program Assistant supports county Extension programs under a county agent, focusing on 4-H & youth development. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting 4-H competitions and workshops
• Training 4-H members and leaders
• Organizing events and maintaining 4-H clubs
• Communicating events to stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate records

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently
• Transportation with liability insurance
