Job Summary:
The 4-H Program Assistant supports county Extension programs under a county agent, focusing on 4-H & youth development. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting 4-H competitions and workshops
- Training 4-H members and leaders
- Organizing events and maintaining 4-H clubs
- Communicating events to stakeholders
- Maintaining accurate records
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently
- Transportation with liability insurance
