Job Description
CRD Careers has partnered with a leader in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
The 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor plays a vital role on the management team within the distribution operations production area. This leader will oversee permanent and contract employees, driving performance across critical areas, including:
- Inbound Import Receiving
- Order Fulfillment/Shipping
- Operations
- COP (Change Over Process)
- Inventory Control
The Supervisor is expected to lead by example, exuding transparency, accountability, and collaboration to achieve organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a team of permanent and contract employees during assigned shift.
- Lead and motivate employees to meet daily business needs across distribution areas.
- Educate and develop employees in key business areas, including:
- Safety
- Supply
- Quality
- Cost
- People
- Drive performance through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- 3+ years of experience in distribution, packaging, warehousing, or operations within a pharmaceutical environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
- Ability to multi-task effectively using strong organizational skills.
- Proven team-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively across functions and manage performance expectations.
Candidate Profile:
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ideal candidates have prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to workplace safety and quality.
