Job title: 3^rd Shift Supervisor
Location: North Royalton, OH
Shift: 3^rd shift (Sunday start up)
Salary: $30 - $34 based on experience

Job duties:

• Overall supervision of shift and related functions.
• 3 ^rd shift Supervisors are responsible for facility opening and start-up on Sunday night.
• Develops others through training, setting expectations, providing feedback and recognizing and rewarding good performance.
• Establish and maintain consistent operating procedures.
• Upgrade and maintain work instructions and visual aid boards.
• Leads employees to achieve safety, utilization and quality standards.
• Consistently implement and enforce Company policies and procedures.
• Establish and implement scrap reduction procedures.
• Ensure all safety related programs are followed properly. (i.e. Drug Free Workplace, Transitional Work Program etc.)
• Efficiently use labor and machinery to maximize schedule attainment while minimizing scrap.
• Complete assigned paperwork as appropriate.
• Other duties or tasks as assigned or required.

• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Prior experience in an injection molding environment preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with multiple levels of the organization.
• Ability to deliver, meet deadlines, and have results orientation.
• Continuous visual sensory demands: near acuity, color vision, and depth perception.
• Frequent lifting and/or carrying a maximum of up to 40 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background
