As a Sanitation Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of the sanitation department and work alongside your team. Your role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment. This position involves managing the Master Sanitation Schedule, coordinating cleaning routines, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.

As a Sanitation Supervisor, you'll oversee the daily operations of the sanitation department and work alongside your team. Your role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment. This position involves managing the Master Sanitation Schedule, coordinating cleaning routines, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Sanitation Supervisor Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and train the sanitation team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and compliance.
- Oversee the Master Sanitation Schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed correctly and on time.
- Perform routine sanitation inspections, maintain accurate documentation, and validate cleaning effectiveness.
- Assist with developing and updating sanitation procedures and ensuring they meet regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with the QA Manager and Food Safety Director to address sanitation issues and ensure a safe production environment.
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment is required.
- Detailed understanding of food industry practices and allergen management (including the Big 9 allergens).
- Strong leadership skills and experience in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with GMPs, SSOPs, and food safety protocols.
- Ability to work efficiently in both high and low temperatures and wet conditions.
