3rd Shift Maintenance Technician IV - Ops - AbbVie

Purpose

Independently perform Senior level technical support within the maintenance department. Trains l0wer-level Technicians on more advanced tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create trending data and present technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions.
• Create PM’s and perform PM optimizations.
• Must be electrical (50% of time will be responding to call on the lines)
• Must have RCM/RCA training or experience.
• Must have formal training or experience with PDM technologies.
• Analyze data from one or more of the PDM formats.
•  Adhere to Abbvie’s code of conduct
• Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
• Assists in root cause investigation and reliability centered maintenance analysis
•  Capable of training others on tasks.
•  Is proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and creates or edits maintenance job plans
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows)
• Fully proficient in their core function, performing advanced level tasks
•  Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
•  Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
• Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations
• Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization

• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office suite including Excel.
• 3 -5  years’ experience as a Reliability Technician
• Bachelor’s or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
• CMRT Certification a plus
