Openwork is looking for Textile Machine Operators for a textile company in Inman, South Carolina that IS climate controlled and NO steel toes necessary.
This role may perform all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products. This includes weaving, warping, winding, coating, cutting, sewing, baling, carding, drawing, and packing. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Openwork is looking for Textile Machine Operators for a textile company in Inman, South Carolina that IS climate controlled and NO steel toes necessary.
This role may perform all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products. This includes weaving, warping, winding, coating, cutting, sewing, baling, carding, drawing, and packing. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
Textile Machine Operators:
- Pay Rate: $15.00 Per Hour with a $0.75 weekly perfect attendance incentive to equal.
- Hours: 3rd shift 12:00 am-8:00 am Sunday- Thursday.
- Must be willing to train on 1st shift 8am-4pm for about 2-4wks (depending on how fast you learn your role).

- The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The position involves sitting, walking, and lifting throughout the day.
Job Functions:
- Watching machines to ensure they are running properly, attention to detail.
- Must be able to walk up and down isle and stand on your feet for 8 hrs.
