Job Title: Plant Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: The Plant Maintenance Technician is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the operation of all plant systems and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain balers, conveyor belts, gearboxes, and electrical motors.
• Respond to system malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and document findings.
• Collaborate with team members to improve equipment efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• Proven experience in plant maintenance or a related field.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
