Third Shift: 11pm to 7:30am, OT as needed

Job Details

Responsibilities:

Supervise preventative maintenance staff to minimize production down time
Participate in selection, training and development of staff
Assist with scheduling to support schedules, production and non-production hours
Help maintain department shop and equipment
Assist in purchasing and maintaining proper inventory levels of equipment spare parts
Communicate with team to ensure equipment problems are addressed on a timely basis
Maintain maintenance records, including preventative maintenance manuals and capital expenditure requests

Qualifications:

5+ years supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment
Mechanical, Electromechanical and PLC experience
Knowledge of AIB standards (relevant coursework preferred)
Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, IIPP, SOPs
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook
