We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our management team! We're looking for a motivated strategic individual to support Baytown/Pasadena/Houston. This position oversees all warehouse operations to ensure a safe and productive operating environment. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily logistics operations, including inventory
Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
Lead, mentor and manage the operations team to ensure a high performing culture
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and policies
Evaluate equipment and job related resources
Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
Collaborate with internal departments such as; Human Resources, Compliance and Accounting
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business or related field preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years experience managing multiple sites
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (Synapse a plus)
Knowledge of P & L
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical skills
Ability to problem solve with a proactive approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
