Hiring Customer Service Representatives - for 3PL
Cities: Redlands, Rialto, Fontana
Shift: 1st shift 7AM-3:30PM or 8AM-4:30PM
Pay Rate: $16-19 Depending on Experience

Job Description:
The CSR carries out all the customer service activities such as responding to inquires, processing orders, and handling customer complaints in a prompt and effective matter. Other responsibilities include phone duties, greeting visitors, scheduling and other duties as directed by the CS supervisor/manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Allocate orders in Manhattan Scale (WMS)
- Generate UCC and Shipping Labels
- Submit and collect routing request
- Create a Bill of Ladings
- Invoice Customers for value-added services
- Handle incoming customer service calls
- Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
- Accept customer calls and return customer
- Maintain customer service related information for customer accounts
- Ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain customer service voicemail and return customer calls
- Provide customers with superior customer service
- Provide customer service for internal customers
- Capturing customer information and answering customer inquiries
- Resolve inbound customer calls regarding account
- Take customer orders and provide high-quality customer service
- Make outgoing customer service calls
- Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service
- Resolve any customer service issues
- Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
- Provide customer support and handling customer inquiries
- Combining excellent customer service skills
- Assure quality customer service to all customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Provide superior customer service with all customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a 3P environment
- Knowledge of general warehouse practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet and manage deadlines
