Due to Hawk Ridge Systems' incredible growth plans, we are looking for another ambitious, goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative with a proven track record of sales and account management success to join our 3D printing sales team. This role will cover the Midwestern region of the US. In this role, you will be managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction and retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business while hitting sales quotas and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market, as well as previous experience selling technology and/or other services in person, over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations. This position is a remote position that requires availability for up to 70% travel within the assigned territory in the Midwestern region of the US.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING IN THIS 3DP OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLE?
- Effectively leverage the LMS Tool and Sales Playbook
- Closing Sales Opportunities
- Use a customer-focused, consultative discovery approach to educate prospects on products/services to identify/create opportunities
- Consistently respond to phone and e-mail sales inquiries in a timely, efficient and professional manner.
- Provide strong and accurate weekly forecasting
- Lead customer meetings & sales presentations
- Develop quotes, proposals or presentations for prospects
- Maintain expert-level knowledge on company's product line.
- Actively listen to customer needs and answer questions about products, prices, availability, applications and sale terms.
- Grow existing accounts and develop new accounts through account management
- Effectively leverage the SolidWorks sales reps and customer base to build pipeline
- Consistent use of Salesforce (use of task management, accurate notes, logging of phone calls, demos, opportunities, forecasting, etc.)
- Effectively manage relationship with OEM counterparts & leverage them for pipeline development
- Work closely with Product Sales Managers, Order Management, Marketing, Accounting and other internal resources to sell products
WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS 3DP OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLE?
- 3-5 years of proven sales experience (preferably solution selling and/or technology or equipment sales)
- Strong understanding of the BANT process
- You have a history of hitting quota selling a range of products and services by running a successful sales meeting, getting to the core challenges your customers face, and explaining the value proposition and ROI
- You possess outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship building skills and a passion and enthusiasm for proactively calling on customers to identify obstacles and problem solve while finding a solution to best fit their needs
- You have strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate advanced technical concepts to entry level & senior level prospects
- You are knowledgeable of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- You have experience with MS Office and Salesforce
- You have previous experience selling technology and/or other services in person, over the phone, by email, and via web-based presentations
- You are an autonomous, high-energy, detail-oriented, and a self-driven team player who has a strong work ethic, and thrives by prioritizing, multi-tasking, and utilizing your outstanding problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Availability for up to 70% travel within the assigned territory within the Midwestern region of the US.

Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the annual new hire base pay range for this role is between $70,000-$90,000. This position has a base pay plus bonus/commission compensation package. Your base pay will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
