The Opportunity
The Clinical Supervisor works collaboratively with the Site Manager to provide onsite clinical leadership to both Haverhill and North Andover Orthopedics and Sports Medicine locations. This onsite position serves as a resource to clinical staff while also participating in daily clinical needs of the practice. Responsibilities include conducting daily huddles, developing, optimizing and managing workflows, training new clinical staff, managing clinic supplies, and assisting in performance measurement/operation and process improvement studies.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
