Hello, my name is Kasey Morales, and I am a Recruiter that specializes in food and beverage manufacturing. I am currently working with two diversified agricultural/food organizations who are actively seeking individuals with your level of experience for a Sr Talent Acquisition Manager opening in North Central Iowa, and one who is either in UT, OR CO, and finally with another firm I am seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist in IN. That’s right, I have three positions for you to choose from, and they could all lead to a career in a place that you love.
These are well-established and growing companies, so there will be lots of staff to find. The Senior Talent Aquisition Manager role is a brand-new position due to the company's recent growth so you will be able to craft the position into your own style, something that we all want to be able to do. The Generalist role has been filed before, but they are looking for a better fit.

The company is looking for someone with 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience within food manufacturing, agriculture, or related industries. The candidate must speak both Spanish and English and the TA positions will primarily be doing recruiting and projects from the Chief of HR. Relocation assistance is available as needed.
