We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, understanding their insurance needs, and closing sales to help them protect their assets and loved ones. This position requires strong sales skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Salary Range: $35000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
Utilize sales techniques to generate interest and schedule meetings with qualified prospects.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' financial situations and future goals.
Recommend insurance policies that best meet clients' needs and objectives.
Use effective closing techniques to finalize insurance transactions and secure commitments from clients.
Overcome objections and negotiate terms to achieve mutual agreement.
Requirements
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Strong ability to close sales and achieve targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional sales experience.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (preferred, but not necessary).
Valid insurance license for the relevant jurisdiction (required).
