Schedule: Sunday through Thursday 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm with Overtime as needed.
Job Summary
The Warehouse Operations Assistant provides administrative support to the distribution department. The focus of this position is to help coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse. This is done by researching/resolving inventory issues, pallet building, communicating with lift operators & packers on drop needs as well as the leadership team.

Job Summary
The Warehouse Operations Assistant provides administrative support to the distribution department. The focus of this position is to help coordinate the daily operations of the warehouse. This is done by researching/resolving inventory issues, pallet building, communicating with lift operators & packers on drop needs as well as the leadership team.
Job Responsibilities
- Research and identify replenishment needs
- Working pallet builder for daily picked routes
- Research out of stock product
- Research and conduct slot audits for inventory accuracy
- Assigning shorts/subs in SAE
- Provide thorough communication with the Ops team with all labels, drop and catchweight concerns
- Facilitate and communicate with Freeway Drive for any inventory transfer requests
- Help manage the flow of product throughout the warehouse to help avoid delays in route departure
- Report damaged or missing inventory to management
- Support the office team with any additional duties (i.e., Pallet building, Sorting orders, will call packing or data input)
- Operate Reach Truck and Pallet Jack when necessary
Experience/Qualifications
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and demonstrate strong communication skills.
- Must have basic computer skills, Microsoft excel and word experience required, knowledge of Access and PowerPoint preferred.
- Must have basic knowledge of warehouse operations, practices, and procedures, and familiarity Inventory Control
