2nd Shift QA Lead (X-Ray Specialist-HACCP Monitor) - OSI Group

• Monitor and verify the process controls established in all production areas
• Conduct routine verification activities on the evaluation of all finished product
• Participate and conduct and document grills (Sensory evaluations) on the finished product
• Evaluate the consistency of the process for opportunities to improve the process
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with production management

Other Job Duties:

Actively participate in the process to gain a better understanding of the impact each step has on the quality of the finished product

Execute/implement process control programs

Provide input and feedback to improve product quality

Enter data into Excel spreadsheets or CAT2

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

High School diploma or equivalent

Proficient in basic math skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision
