Monitor blow molding and/or welding process and maintain all related equipmentPerform any required repairs and maintenance on all production related equipmentCollect data and maintain logs on all aspects of the production processWork with production personnel in recognition of process controls and problemsRecord all downtime and/or parts used on scheduled and/or non-scheduled work ordersPerform preventative maintenance per scheduled work ordersCoordinate necessary changes to the preventative maintenance scheduleEnsure compliance to EHS guidelines and proceduresParticipate in continuous improvement activitiesAdherence to quality requirements
Qualifications
Apprenticeship or comparable education preferredBlow molding or electrical/mechanical experience in a fast paced production environmentPractical experience of hydraulics and pneumatics requiredKnowledge of PLC programming preferredKnowledge of OSHA requirements and support of company safety objectivesGood communication skills, both oral and writtenGood mechanical and electrical problem solving skillsAbility to work as part of a production teamAbility to work with schematics and instruction manuals for repairs and/or problem solvingElectrical skills preferred
