2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor - Judge Group

Location: Bellaire, TX
Description: Our client is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor oversees a team of 8-12 direct reports.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Performing preventative maintenance on all blow molding machines and assembly line equipment.
• Keeping machines and production equipment in excellent operating condition to meet production demands.
• Maintaining a high sense of urgency.
• Utilizing a strong background in production machine and equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Conducting troubleshooting, repairing, and preventative maintenance on industrial electrical systems.
• Reporting to both the Maintenance Manager and Plant Manager.
• Collaborating as a team player in an environment focused on continuous improvement.
• Enforcing all safety and company policies.
• Applying an analytical and systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrating strong hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical skills.
• Maintaining an open-minded, can-do attitude.
• Adapting to a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Multi-tasking and working with minimal supervision.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• At least 2 years in a Maintenance Leadership role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office, SAP, and Excel.
• Hands-on experience and results-driven.
• Strong background in electrical program controllers, motors, drives, and components.
• Experience with SAP and Preventative Maintenance software programs.
