Role
As a 2nd Shift Machine Operator (also known as Laser Operator, Brake Press Operator), you'll have the opportunity to work with both a laser and a brake press machine. Your role will be critical in bending/fabricating parts according to specifications, ensuring efficiency and timeliness. You'll follow the production schedule, set up and operate high-speed laser cutting machines, and ensure conformance to specifications.

- 1+ year of experience with programming, setup, and operation of a production laser and/or brake press.
- 1+ year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Forklift certification (preferred).
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Physical ability to work inside a manufacturing plant, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
