Summary: Deburrer, inspects forged parts for any forging flash defects and/or excess metal from manufactured parts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will have:
Friday 1:30PM to 10:00PM
Saturday optional overtime
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use surface de-burring, sanding and grinding tools to remove excess metal from manufacture parts to specification
- Visually and physically inspect forged parts to ensure all excess metal is removed
- Select the proper size de-burr/grinder to remove excess metal from manufactured parts
- Remove defects and flash extension per part requirements
- Maintain accurate part and or work piece counts
- Assure quality and production requirements are met, as per the job-specific traveler
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working in Manufacturing/Aerospace environment
