2ND SHIFT CRYOVAC MAINTENANCE TECH
SCHEDULE:
- 2nd shift, weekends as needed or required
- Flexible as needed or required
DUTIES:
- Manage all CRYOVACs, PM’s, Maintenance and Operation
- Stimulate maximize safety, efficiency, quality and productivity of maintenance employees
- Ensure proper training of employees
- Monitor and confirm that machinery, equipment and facilities are properly maintained and sanitized for efficient production
- Work closely with other maintenance and production supervisors and management to promote efficiency and teamwork in the department
- Attend meetings as scheduled and called
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have overall knowledge of the Maintenance Operation and the industry
- Knowledge and technical skills in a variety of maintenance jobs
- Must be people oriented, be able to understand employee’s needs, and be able to teach new skills to employees
- Understand and comply with Company policy and procedures
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, math and statistical skills
- Good work history and attendance
- Team Player with leadership skills
- Technical training and certifications preferred but not required
